What is an NTCA Experience?
No two NTCA experiences are the same as each one depends on what the NTCA experience host has in mind. It can be a four-day experience, one day, or... It's like any experience in life, uniquely individual and not repeatable. And it involves CTEF, giving the participants a chance to hear firsthand about the CTEF mission, vision, and milestones to educate, train, and certify the tile industry.
In this specific case, NTCA Executive Director Emeritus Joe Tarver and current NTCA Executive Director Bart Bettiga hosted a one-day fishing expedition with Joe's friend and legend “Coon Pop” as the fishing guide. And Brad Denny, Executive Director, joined from CTEF.

Joe Tarver became NTCA executive director in the 1970s and started the emphasis on education. Bart Bettiga took over in 2002. He and Bart make a terrific team as you can see in this 47-minute One-to-One video about the history of the NTCA association!

NTCA Experience: NOLA Fishing Event
Steven and Joe enjoyed discussing the past, present, and future of their businesses with Joe, Bart, and Brad. On more than one occasion Joe and Steven exclaimed over the insights shared stating that those alone were worth the cost of the trip.
