CTEF Photography Release

By uploading your installation images and completing the form on this page, you are agreeing to the following release:

I hereby give the Ceramic Tile Education Foundation (hereby known as CTEF), any site host or affiliated manufacturer permission to obtain, publish, reproduce, modify and distribute photos including photos of me and/or my work, in print, digital formats, and any other media that promotes the use of ceramic tile and/or quality tile installation as determined by CTEF.

I hereby release CTEF from all liability in the event that my photograph(s) are/not used in media but end up distorted, blurred, or altered, whether intentionally or otherwise, at the fault of anyone associated with CTEF or organization authorized by CTEF to use the photograph(s).

I understand that I may only photograph my own work and may not photograph any other person or their work while engaged in a CTEF activity.

I waive all rights of publicity and any rights of approval.

I authorize the use of my name for any purpose in connection with the photograph and/or work including the photograph.

I understand that I will not receive compensation for this photograph, or its accompanying copy, at any time.

I am over 18 years of age and I am competent to contract in my own name in this matter.

I have read and understand the full contents and authorizations of this release and acknowledge them by my signature on this document.
