You must take and pass the written portion of the CTI program test before taking the hands-on portion.
In fact, it's so critical that if you don't complete the written test first, you will not be cleared to take the hands-on test - at your own expense.
Here's why:
- The written test prepares you for hands-on success.
- It exposes you to ANSI standards and the TCNA Handbook methods.
- It's the first step to becoming Qualified Labor.
